Breakfast eatery, dessert shop headed to downtown Rock Hill WSOC TV
ROCK HILL, S.C. — This Rock Hill project has snagged two more restaurant tenants.
Another Broken Egg Cafe has signed on as an anchor tenant at The Perch, at the corner of Oakland and Cherry roads. It will be joined by dessert shop Ninety’s Milkshake Bar.
Rock Hill-based Warren Norman Co. is behind that 28,000-square-foot development, which includes a complete renovation of the old Coca Cola Bottling Co. building as well as a new two-story, 23,000-square-foot facility. There will be outdoor space with fire pits and lawn games.
The Perch should deliver this spring, with tenants slated to open later in the year.
