Pictures of the extension to the Big Brother house have been revealed!

Tonight, pictures have emerged of the construction work that is currently underway at the Big Brother compound in the Elstree Studios.

The pictures that were captured by TellyMix show that the new eviction studio is slowly taking shape with the structure now up, just weeks after planning permission was granted by the local council.

The new, more permanent eviction studio will be accompanied by new outdoor stands for the crowds during live shows as well as a brand new ‘presenters walkway’.

Permission was also granted for a massive extension to the existing house, with its steel structure now erected too. It’s unclear though what it will definitely be used for, although it’s likely to be used as a task area.

All this construction will be for the ‘brand new’ Big Brother that will launch in June this year. Big Brother’s Bit on the Side host Rylan has said that “it’s all change at Big Brother”.

Rylan said: “It’s all change at Big Brother so it’ll be like starting a new job. We’ve been ready for a while for that, and I think the public have been ready for that, so I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s reactions on launch night.”

Now that we know what the exterior will look like for Big Brother in the summer, we’ll just have to wait and see what the show will look like itself!
